Recently one of the greatest cinematographers has passed away. Gordon Willis died from his battle against cancer on May 18, 2014. Willis was a genius in the field of cinematography, he created a lot of memorable scenes from movies like The Godfather and Manhattan. He was even called “The Prince of Darkness” because of his filming styles. May his legacy lives on, Gordon Willis rest in peace.
